Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dylan Lott and Greg Long, doing business as ArtistPilot (“ArtistPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing artistpilot.co and the ArtistPilot application. By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using ArtistPilot, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18. If you use ArtistPilot for a company, band, label, management business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.
Accounts and teams
Provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly notify us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring invited team members comply with these Terms. Workspace owners control seats and access. Do not share a single login to avoid purchasing seats.
Free trial, automatic renewal, and billing
Charges and seats
The live price, currency, seat quantity, trial period, payer, and total are shown before checkout and control over conflicting marketing copy. Stripe processes payment. The person completing checkout authorizes recurring charges, applicable taxes, and approved seat changes using their payment method. A pending member-paid invitation does not reserve or bill a workspace-sponsored seat. Increasing sponsored seats may create an immediate prorated charge; a reduction generally applies according to the billing-portal terms shown when requested.
Cancellation
A payer may cancel their subscription through the billing portal available from ArtistPilot settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Removing a workspace-sponsored member does not automatically reduce the owner's Stripe quantity. Removing a member who pays for their own workspace seat ends access and cancels that member subscription.
Refunds and price changes
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may change pricing on advance notice; a change applies no earlier than your next renewal after the notice period stated in that notice. You may cancel before the changed price takes effect. Statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain available.
Failed payments may result in restricted access, suspension, or cancellation. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation and for accurate tax and billing information.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit, including artist information, plans, prompts, files, links, copy, and other workspace materials (“Your Content”). You grant ArtistPilot a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, index, and otherwise process Your Content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use Your Content. You are responsible for collaborators' information, music and artwork rights, publicity and privacy rights, and any third-party material you import or link.
ArtistPilot and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, designs, and documentation. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
AI features and human review
AI features send relevant prompts, conversation history, and workspace context through OpenRouter to selected model providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, non-unique, or unsuitable. You must review outputs before relying on or publishing them and are responsible for factual verification, rights clearance, legal compliance, professional judgment, and final decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable provider terms and law, you may use outputs generated for you. We do not promise that outputs are protectable by intellectual-property law or free of third-party claims. ArtistPilot does not provide legal, financial, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use ArtistPilot to:
- violate law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- submit malware, unlawfully obtained data, highly sensitive credentials, or content intended to exploit or harm another person;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, discriminate, or create deceptive endorsements or fabricated customer testimonials;
- probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls, billing, rate limits, security, or service operation;
- scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly allowed by law or a written agreement; or
- use automated access at a volume or in a manner that burdens the service or violates provider terms.
Service operation and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, integrations, usage allowances, or providers. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a material change significantly reduces paid functionality, but emergencies, security issues, provider changes, and legal requirements may require immediate action. The service may experience downtime and is not designed as the sole archive for irreplaceable material; keep appropriate backups of Your Content.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using ArtistPilot and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breach, nonpayment, security risk, illegal activity, harm to the service or others, or when required by law. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
After termination, your access ends. Some information may remain for billing, security, backup, dispute, and legal-compliance purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and disputes—will survive.
Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTISTPILOT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, PARTICULAR RELEASE OR BUSINESS RESULTS, OR THE ACCURACY OR UNIQUENESS OF AI OUTPUTS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTISTPILOT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ARTISTPILOT DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These exclusions do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You will defend and indemnify ArtistPilot and its operators against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your unlawful use, or your material breach of these Terms, but only to the extent allowed by applicable law and attributable to your conduct.
Utah law and disputes
Before filing a claim, email admin@artistpilot.co with a description of the issue and requested resolution. The parties will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable local consumer right to proceed elsewhere, claims will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. These Terms do not require individual arbitration and do not waive a right to participate in a class action where that right otherwise exists.
If you are a consumer in the UK, EEA, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you retain those protections and may have the right to bring proceedings in your home courts.
General terms, changes, and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, billing, or product reasons. We will post a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Changes generally apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; when required, we will request renewed affirmative acceptance.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any checkout terms are the entire agreement about the service, with checkout-specific terms controlling for that purchase if they conflict.
Notices and questions should be sent to admin@artistpilot.co. ArtistPilot is operated by Dylan Lott and Greg Long, doing business as ArtistPilot, Utah, United States.
